Terrorism prevention Act 2011 and 2013 merged

In 2011 the Nigerian Senate passed into law the Terrorism (Prevention) Act, 2011. Act no.10 It was quite inelegantly drafted and in a bid to suppress the mischief, an amendment was passed into law in 2013.Be that as it may, the 2011 and 2013 Acts existed seperately, thus making it almost impossible to study or understand the Act. This is an attempt to merge the two Acts into one and make sense out of it
